In this session, the presenter will provide insight into what is required to ensure your audits are done successfully, with a minimum of fuss and less stress! From planning and preparation through to writing the report, these components make up a successful audit. The presenter will share lessons learned from being the auditor and the auditee to help you conduct a successful audit.
