Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the workplace is evolving. “Auditing in a virtual world” is quickly becoming the new normal. In this session, the presenter discusses how auditors (certification body, internal and supplier auditors) quickly adapt and overcome the challenges of differences in time zones, communication styles, and most importantly, potentially a lack of familiarity and trust in technology and collaboration tools.
