COVID-19 has resulted in an uptick in the use of remote methods for environmental (and other) auditing, bringing with it a range of challenges. This session will explore the options available for remote auditing and will reflect on the implications for delivering effective audits and fulfilling broader audit programs. This is an important topic, as current experiences of remote auditing, and its benefits, may lead to a permanent increase in the use of these methods.
