The Safe Quality Food Institute (SQFI) will host its annual Professional Update webinar on February 16 from 4pm – 8pm US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
The four-hour live webinar is a requirement for Safe Quality Food (SQF) professionals (auditors, consultants, and trainers) seeking annual re-registration with the SQF program. However, anyone is welcome to participate.
In this year’s update a member of SQFI’s technical team will share recent updates to the SQF program including the SQF code, edition nine, current results from the compliance and integrity programs, and the enhancements made to the SQF assessment database. They will also give attendees a GFSI benchmarking status report for key modules, a status update of key SQF documents, plus a preview of upcoming training and events.
Moreover, participants will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of SQFI’s expectations for registered SQF professionals and the different ways to enhance the assessment, implementation, and maintenance of an SQF system.
The fee for the webinar is $200 per person. This includes access to the webinar recording and a corresponding examination following its conclusion to demonstrate participants’ understanding of the material.
