This presentation will discuss how the ISO 45001 standard includes responsibility and requirements to protect and promote the mental health of workers and others who can be affected by an organization’s activities. We’ll look at the applicable definitions and requirements, talk about audit trails and interactions between system processes, and look at the benefits to organizations that can come from harnessing the full power of their management systems to pursue continual improvement in mental health performance. We will also discuss the crafting of audit findings to present related nonconformances to the auditee in order to provide the best possible input for effective corrective actions.
