The upcoming ASQ World Conference on Quality and Improvement will focus on the future of quality and the role of quality professionals who need to think outside the box to be successful in the growing disruptive business conditions.
With the theme “The Innovation of You,” the ASQ conference will be held April 30–May 2 in Seattle. It will feature more than 100 sessions providing benchmarking, thought leadership, and handy tips and tricks.
Keynote speakers for the event include serial entrepreneur Mel Robbins, recognized authority on disruptive innovation Luke Williams, and technical futurist John McElligott.
McElligott, CEO and founder of York Exponential, is known as a vision caster and technical futurist. He believes in the power of community networking through communication and technology. McElligott is also the lead in the York Plan 2.0 Innovation District, a proposed, 250,000 square-foot robotics and technology campus in downtown York, Pennsylvania.
Robbins, serial entrepreneur, author, and social media influencer, inspires more than 20 million people a month with videos, articles, and positive psychology research. Her latest book The 5 Second Rule has been on Amazon’s “Top Ten Most Read List.” Her TEDx talk about change has more than 10 million views.
Williams, author and globally recognized authority on disruptive innovation, is a leading business thinker on innovation strategy. Williams is a professor of marketing at New York University Stern School of Business, founder and executive director of the W.R. Berkley Innovation Labs, and a Fellow at Frog Design—an influential product strategy and design firm.
