The Lean and Six Sigma Conference is an in-person event running from February 23-26, 2023, in Phoenix, Arizona in the US. The event provides an excellent platform for attendees to learn how to apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to solve current and emerging challenges including a changing organizational culture, supply chain instability, environmental issues, data integration, and technology adoption to drive beyond process-level improvements. Featuring a topical and engaging program, participants will have an opportunity to learn how quality processes and methodologies bolster organizations’ response to risks like supply chain, economic pressures, and global volatility, and help spark a culture of excellence.
