ASQE recently released its 2022 Insights on Excellence Annual Research Report. The report, now in its third year, does a deep dive into ASQE’s research offerings while also spotlighting organizational performance trends across a variety of areas, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

The objective of the global research report, conducted in collaboration with Forbes Insights, Inc, is to deliver actionable guidance to ASQE’s member communities and organizations to pursue best practices and holistic operations. Capturing the views and insights of 528 executives and quality professionals from global enterprises, it also highlights ASQE’s accomplishments in serving its member organizations and their employees to achieve quality excellence.

A major pinnacle of the report is the emphasis on the ESG category and the great opportunity that this represents for quality professionals to navigate, incorporate and lead this new and evolving area.  It also hones in on the importance of strategy, identifying shifts in organizational priorities and demonstrating the critical role that quality has in driving enterprise strategy.
