The SQF Excellence Awards, proudly sponsored by Exemplar Global, recognize individuals for their outstanding performance and contributions to furthering the mission of the SQF program and promoting food safety. There are two categories: SQF Auditing and SQF Practitioner Leadership.

You are invited to identify the auditor who consistently demonstrates exceptional performance and dedication to the SQF program through high-quality audits, professional development activities, leadership, and the promotion of a food safety culture. Please submit the nominee’s name to the submission portal by November 28.

Also, please nominate an SQF practitioner who demonstrates leadership, mentorship, and promotes a food safety culture at their current site.

The names of nominees must be entered into the submission portal no later than November 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

Supporting documents and materials for each nomination must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

Three finalists in each of the two categories will be announced no later than February 2, 2026, and if available, will participate in the live SQF Unites award ceremony in St. Louis, Missouri, in March of 2026.
