Presenter Jennifer Stepniowski is an ASQ Fellow with nearly three decades of experience providing quality solutions to a number of industries, including building and executing quality systems for several organizations. As a certified IATF 16949 auditor, she has supported the certification and management process for production within the automotive industry.

In this presentation, Stepniowski will discuss the benefits of the internal auditing process and dive into scheduling, principles, auditor competency, process, reporting, and more.
