First of all, congratulations on this important step and the decision to build your own consulting path.

This article reflects something I have seen repeatedly throughout my own journey in GMP environments.

Some of the most valuable audit judgement and operational understanding is not learned in classrooms, but developed over years on the shopfloor:
during deviations, production pressure, difficult decisions, inspections, and daily operational reality.

Formal education and certifications are important foundations.

But in regulated manufacturing environments, real experience teaches you how systems actually behave when pressure increases.

That operational perspective has strongly shaped my own approach to GMP audits and inspection-readiness activities over the years.
