Virtual audits or remote audits are quickly becoming the “new normal.” Documented management systems which are web- or cloud-based greatly help organizations conduct these virtual audits. The organization of the documented information is key to the success of virtual audits. There are different types of functionality required in documented information software. This session will explain organization, types of functionalities, and how they can be used. The presenter will explore the different types of technology options for both documented information and electronic workflows. These are important for virtual audits and if set up correctly, they can also help organizations conduct their business more efficiently.
