    I probably sit more on the “CAPA-happy” side of the spectrum, but notice that most of my clients are on the opposite end of that spectrum and aren’t initiating CAPAs when they are truly warranted and preventive action is necessary to curtail systemic issues. I would rather fall on the side of the spectrum that believes that every issue and complaint can be analyzed and resolved so that it does not recur, and, thus, would argue that “CAPA-happy” is probably a better approach than the subjective approach that is proposed here.
