Great job I have been looking for something like this for year. We have an environment that no matter what they want to use a checklist light a security blanket

Great article. This just punctuates the fact that the onus is upon the auditor to understand the auditee’s organization. This is not only consistent with the concept of process approach, it results in a much more productive and beneficial audits. Auditors are better able to assess processes and systems and determine the extent to which they are both conforming and effective (- effectiveness being the optimum indicator of the achievement of the intent of a management system) .

Great reflection for Auditors. I appreciate as an auditee that auditors can put themselves on our shoes and bee more flexible and reasonable !
